At Volt Health, we prioritize your satisfaction and are committed to delivering high-quality products to support your wellness journey. However, due to the nature of our consumable products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. To initiate a refund or discuss any concerns with your order, please contact us via email at Support@volthealthus.com.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  1. Unused and Unopened Products: All items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.

  2. Time Frame: You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase to be eligible for a refund.

  3. Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number and any relevant information to assist in processing your refund.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your refund request, our support team will review the claim and respond within 2-3 business days.

  • If your request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns. However, we may request photo documentation for any damaged or defective products.

Exceptions

  • Final Sale Items: Certain promotions or items may be marked as "final sale" and are not eligible for refund or return.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect products).

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us immediately at Support@volthealthus.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue by either replacing the product or issuing a refund.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

  • For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Locations

Due to legal restrictions, we are only able to ship to the following 40 states within the United States:

  • AL, AR, AZ, CA, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NE, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI, WV, WY.

We are unable to ship to any states not listed above. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Please note, expedited orders may take 1-3 business days for delivery.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 1 PM ET will be processed the following business day.

Order Processing

  • Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may be delayed during high-demand periods.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Limitations

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • Due to varying state regulations, Volt Health is unable to ship to any states not listed in the "Shipping Locations" section.
